The Status Quo Assessment resembles the first round of three evaluations within SPEAR and serves as a means to gather all of our project partners’ institutions backgrounds and starting points. At RWTH University the assessment will be used as an interim-evaluation of the already existing GEP and its implementation status.
To get an extensive insight into our organization, the interviews were held with a diverse multitude of actors and actresses across various target groups. Apart from key stakeholders of GE work at the university, there was a strong focus on including management and heads of administration as well as student representatives in the process.
The two days of the visit from our partner JR can only be described as highly successful: the interest in participating in the interviews was very high and the atmosphere during these two days, that our colleagues from JR created, was more than pleasant.
We are looking forward to receiving the report with the results from our first evaluation round.
